Charlie Blowers

Charlie Blowers background is in arts psychotherapy and physical theatre. She is a UKCP registered psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with 18 years experience of clinical practice working with young people and adults experiencing high levels of emotional distress. More recently she has been integrating approaches inspired by Yoga for the Mind into her work as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. Three years ago she developed a company called Moving Pieces Physical Theatre Company, a specialised mental health provision which integrates physical theatre, arts psychotherapy, group work and body based approaches to working with trauma inspired by the Yoga for the Mind model.
