Kelvin Hall has practiced as a psychotherapist for thirty years. His lifetime pursuit of the art of horsemanship led him to research the phenomena of human relationship to other-than-human life, on which he now writes and presents frequently. He has been a past Chair of Trustees and Chair of the Training Committee at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, and has received its Emeritus award. He has contributed chapters to two books on the theme of this talk. His most recent published piece is "Envoys of Earth: What Horses Tell Us Now" for the website of the Climate Psychology Alliance. He offers equine-assisted process as part of his practice. He has also been a professional storyteller and is deeply immersed in the life of the Gloucestershire countryside.
