David Millar

David Millar is a child psychotherapist, forensic, and adult psychotherapist who trained at the Tavistock and Portman Clinic. He is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Psychoanalytic Studies, University of Essex and Visiting Lecturer at the Tavistock Clinic. He recently retired as a full-time NHS clinician as Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist and now works part-time. He lectures widely on issues of violence and psychopathology, and the treatment of the forensic patient.
