Cinzia Trimboli

Senior qualitative researcher, Cinzia has been working since 2008 with market research institutes on the Italian and international scene. Psychologist and PSOA Counsellor for individual and organizational development, passionate about social and organizational research aimed at exploring the emerging dynamics related to change. Since 2018 she’s been collaborating with the HR Training and Development Master’s Degree at the Bicocca University of Milan.

Cinzia has co-convened Social Dreaming Matrices with Elisabetta Pasini and writes:
In 2020 we run together a path of 4 SD online matrices collecting dreams during the lockdown for Pandemic in Italy. In 2021 we run another path of 3 online matrices with some members of Eunames, the European Narrative Medicine Society.

These experiences were very rich and interesting for a better understanding of the method and the discovery of an unexpected way to treat the images of dreams as a narrative text, a research material useful to sketch dreamlike landscapes, habitats and maps.
