Helen Stokes

Helen Stokes is a UKCP registered integrative psychotherapist and supervisor with over 10 years’ experience.

Helen currently works within the NHS, working with adults both individually and in a therapeutic community setting. She has a special interest in trauma and, having originally trained to work with an embodied approach as a transpersonal psychotherapist, completed Confer’s Energy Psychotherapy training to continue to explore ways of supporting body and mind to heal from trauma. She now teaches and supervises on Confer’s Diploma in Practising Energy Psychotherapy, as well as teaching and supervising at CCPE.

Helen also runs a small private practice in London.
