Dr Mona DeKoven Fishbane

Mona Fishbane, Ph.D. is Director of Couple Therapy Training at the Chicago Center for Family Health and a clinical psychologist in private practice. She is a long-term member of the American Family Therapy Academy, where she has served on the Board; an AAMFT Approved Supervisor; and an advisory editor for the journal Family Process.

Mona lectures nationally and internationally, and has published numerous articles and book chapters on couple therapy and neurobiology as well as on intergenerational relationships. Mona’s acclaimed new book, Loving with the Brain in Mind: Neurobiology & Couple Therapy (2013), is part of the Norton Series on Interpersonal Neurobiology.
