Dr Catriona Mellor

Catriona is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who has been working until recently in the adolescent inpatient environment. She is working closely with the Royal College of Psychiatrists in their response to the Eco-Crisis, exploring the impact on children and young people. She was involved in producing the College ‘eco distress’ resources and in the 2021 Lancet Planetary Health climate anxiety research. She is developing nature-based interventions and training in NHS settings – with the College and with an organisation called Natural Academy.
