Tessa Underwood

Tessa Underwood is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist (HCPC Registered), Cognitive Analytic Therapist (ACAT accredited) and Energy Psychotherapist, teacher and supervisor with over 30 years’ experience in the NHS. She has wide ranging experience having specialised in working with complex trauma and dissociation, eating disorders, learning disabilities, autism and children’s palliative care.

In her NHS role Tessa supervised clinical trainees, and ran many different therapeutic groups including ones for clients with ‘personality disorders’. Training as an energy psychotherapist in 2007 Tessa currently works as an energy psychotherapist and supervisor at The Flame Centre in London and has been teaching energy psychotherapy for the last five years.
