Roger Duncan
Roger Duncan, M.Sc., UKCP is a registered systemic family therapist, systemic supervisor and author. He originally studied biology has been involved in working with adolescents, nature-based practice, for more than thirty years. He was one of the pioneer tutors of the Ruskin Mill Education Trust where he was involved in the development of therapeutic education programs for adolescents with complex and challenging behaviour in the woodlands and wilderness settings and had a leadership role in senior management. Roger has worked for more than 10 years in CAMHS with adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) and also works in private practice, with individuals, families, and organisations. He is visiting lecturer in Psychological Therapies for the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. Roger writes and lectures on the epistemology and practice of eco systemic psychotherapy and was course Director of the 2022 Confer Diploma Eco Psychotherapy and the Emerging Adolescent Mind.
