Sandy Gee
Sandy Gee is a Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapist (MA). Focusing is the foundation practice of her work. She has a particular interest in the underlying effects of our early attachment learning and the power of embodied, transparent presence to offer reparative emotional attachment experiences that transform clients underlying relationship with self. As a result, she has trained in and now incorporates the modalities of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and AEDP in her approach.
She enjoys following emerging neuroscience in how it reinforces and offers new angles on our understanding of the role of the body. For a number of years, she has been exploring new ways to bring this focusing and experiential practice into group settings.
