Caroline Hickman – University of Bath & Climate Psychology Alliance; academic & psychotherapist. Currently conducting research with children & young people in the UK, Maldives and other countries immediately vulnerable to the climate crisis such as Bangladesh and Vanuatu. Exploring their relationship with nature, feelings about the climate and biodiversity crisis and messages for adults to uncover and explore different stories, narratives and images around our defences against the ‘difficult truth’ of the climate and bio-diversity crisis and eco-anxiety.

Caroline managed to get love of sharks into her psychotherapy dissertation and is slightly obsessed with seagrass and it’s CO2 absorbing properties.
