Stephen Littlewood
Stephen Littlewood is a Barrister from KBW Chambers in Leeds specialising in criminal and police law. He is a grade 3 prosecutor and also regularly defends. He has experience dealing with cases involving sexual offences and domestic violence.
Stephen specifically has experience of the disclosure process, including how therapy notes are reviewed and handled in Court. He worked with an independent steering group via Inspiring Women Changemakers on submissions in relation to the revision of CPS Pre-Trial Therapy Guidelines in 2020 and has delivered various seminars to legal professionals on a variety of legal topics.
