Elisabetta Pasini
Jungian Psychoanalyst trained at the C.G. Jung Institute for Analytical Psychology in Zurich. In my professional experience I have always been concerned by the development of individuals, groups, organisations. In more than 15 years of living and working in different countries (UK, US, Latin America, Switzerland, Spain, Dubai) I have gained significant experience on transcultural differences, change, innovation, creativity.
Currently I live and work in Milan where I have my private psychoanalytical practice.
I also have long lasting collaborations with IMD Business School in Lausanne as PDE (Personal Development Elective) Analyst, and with NAGA ONLUS in Milan to provide social, health and psychological assistance to refugees and asylum seekers.
In my work I apply and develop active methodologies like Social Dreaming, Listening Post, Active Imagination, Sandplay, for the development of individuals and groups.
I have considerable experience in Social Dreaming, having worked in OPUS- London – the Tavistock Institute observatory on social change, https://www.opus.org.uk – and also with Gordon Lawrence some years ago.
In the last couple of years I have been deeply engaged in the development of Social Dreaming Matrices as a way to face/elaborate collective traumas, starting with a project collecting dreams during the first year of Covid. In February this year I held a SDM at the opening of the OPUS International Conference.
